Why Decode Your Period Blood?

Your period gives you clues about suspect hormone imbalances.  Let’s take a look.  Are you experiencing any of these?

  • Debilitating period pain can indicate estrogen and progesterone imbalances
  • Luteal phase spotting can mean low progesterone
  • Irregular cycles can indicate cortisol imbalances, high androgens, low progesterone
  • Short cycles can be responsible for low estrogen and/or progesterone
  • Long cycles can indicate cortisol imbalances, high androgens, low progesterone
  • Short luteal phase (less than 10 days) can mean low progesterone
  • Heavy or clotty periods generally indicate estrogen issues
