A Daily Routine That Feels Nurturing Instead of Overwhelming

Here is a ritual that brings together three powerful, time-tested practices that are supportive to your nervous system and for your hormones. Best thing – you don’t have to be an expert or need hours of free time. And you don’t have to do this every single day to see benefits.
3 – 4 days a week of gentle, focused care can go a long way in helping your body to do what it was designed to do – reduce stress, balance hormones, support circulation, ease inflammation and promote detoxification. Here is what it looks like:
Step 1: Fertility Acupressure – 10 minutes – Acupressure is a simple, hands-on technique where you use your fingers to stimulate specific points that support fertility. These points help move energy, improve blood flow to the reproductive organs, regulate hormones and calm the mind.

Use the castor oil packs on the same days as the acupressure and massage or on their own for extra support.
