When Doctors Say Donor Eggs, Dig Deeper!

Have You Been Told You Need to Use Donor Eggs?

Following a generalized recommendation rather than taking a personalized approach to fertility has been a barrier that stops a lot of couples from getting pregnant. It takes 90 days for the egg to renew itself and the life cycle of the sperm is 70-80 days. In a short period of time, you can see massive changes to your health and fertility. But, there is a decision to be made. Six months from now if you don’t take action, nothing will have changed.

For those in my Fertile Ground Holistic Fertility Program and taking action, here is some of what they have experienced:

  • Two weeks later the tests are ordered (if this is an option for you), either way after starting the program – they are making diet and lifestyle changes that leave them feeling empowered which directly impacts preconception health.
  • Four to six weeks later the tests are completed and we develop a targeted protocol that gets to the bottom of why they are struggling. We can also get to this without testing – testing is used as a tool to further define issues and concerns.
  • Twelve to eighteen months later (or earlier) they are pregnant after years of failed IUI’s, IVF’s, low AMH, high FSH, diminished ovarian reserve, premature ovarian insufficiency, endometriosis or repeat miscarriages. Most will have conceived before this length of time.

By developing a customized fertility plan which addresses your unique hormonal imbalances, you can begin to make changes in your health so you can optimize your successful conception chances.
